Social Responsibility
We at Ambuj feel obliged towards the society, for giving us the opportunity to perform, to create value, etc. All across the world, each organisation can attribute its success on the society. Society is the foundation stone of any organisation, whether business or not for profit.
Each individual has to maintain a balance between the give and take in between the society, or the social equilibrium would get imbalanced and lead to troubles all across.
Our founder believed in education to be the root medicine to cures all ailments of the society, especially of a developing country like India. All problems, whether it is over population, poverty, health, crime etc. all can be controlled or removed through education.
This fact is proved by the developed countries and also by areas in India having a very high literacy rate.
To give shape to his vision and dream, he started, MODANI SEWA SANSTHAN (MSS), a registered society, in 1969. Thus commenced a journey to promote education in all ways and means.
In 2007, Ambuj has sponsored R.D. Modani Foundation (www.rdmodani.org), to spread the concept of health for all.
The foundation carries out the company's sponsorship policy by supporting actions in keeping with Ambuj's core values and know-how. Its scope of involvement covers 2 main fields: Education, Health.
Ambuj manages, runs and promotes the following institutions through Modani Sewa Sansthan and R.D.Modani Foundation:
Schools
SARASWATI DEVI MODANI GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL, NARAINA
A school for girls, being run by Government of Rajasthan, with their curriculum.
RAM DAYAL MODANI GOVERNMENT HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, NARAINA
A school for boys, with complete education upto higher secondary, is being run by Government of Rajasthan, with their curriculum.
SARASWATI BAL MANDIR, NARAINA
A primary school being run by our MSS and has classes from nursery to class 5.
Healthcare
Ramjidas Modani Foundation started by our Chairman Shri Satya Narain Modani, in 2007, has been instrumental in giving healthcare in two ways. Firstly it conducts free health check camps all around , specially in rural areas. These camps consists of eye, diabetes, dental check up, small children in schools and general medical check up camps are being organised several times in a year.
Secondly, RDMF is instrumental in getting heart operations done for very small and needy children. Most of these operations are done in Fortis Bangalore. Patients are screened in our check up camps and then a committee of doctors examines and approves the patient and advises treatment. Then these children alongwith their parents etc go to Bangalore for these operations. RDMF bears all relating expenses and in some cases bears part yments of the total costs.
Ramjidas Modani Foundation is exempted under Sec 80 G of Income Tax Act, to receive donations.

Boasts of a complete collections of books, with more emphasis on self development and motivation books.
Vocational Trainings
Saraswati Devi Modani Silai Siksha Kendra
An institute to impart technical skills to women for stitching, so as to support their family earning.
Apart from the above various water huts are also being run by us during summers. Scholarships are also offered to deserving candidates throughout the country.
Funds
Modani Sewa Sansthan is self sufficeint, with its own agricultural land, which generates funds to meets its requirements. We are also looking for aid to our R.D.Modani Foundation to promote the cause of Health Care. We also require associations with NGO's who can associate with us on this idea.
