- 1931
- Birth of "The Hansa Chemical Pharmacy", the first company of our group, with efforts from our founder - Ramjidas Modani, his wife and mother.
- 1946
- On Basant Panchmi day, 6th February, the Factory was formally inaugurated by Director of Industries, Shri S.N.Shukla with 11 employees.
- 1955
- Jaipur office inaugurated by Her Highness Maharani Gayatri Devi, the Rajmata (Queen) of Jaipur.
- 1959
- Employee strength rose to 15 people.
- 1962
- Rope Works with hand process.
- 1964
- Rope Works modernized with power and imported plant from England.
- 1967
- Production of detergents started.
- 1971
- Backward integration with production of silicate through Modani Silicate Works.
- 1973
- Horizontal diversification with commencement of production of Detergent powder and detergent cakes, through automatic plant, in the name of Modani Udyog.
- 1975
- Imported soap plant (to manufacture laundry and toilet soaps) from Italy comes to Jaipur. We become the 3rd company in India to own such a plant and the 1st in Small Scale Sector.
- 1976
- Hari Industries started to produce cleaning powder in Jaipur.
- 1980
- Modani Oil & Soap Mills take over a sick oil mill and turns it around in a washing soap plant.
- 1981
- Corporatisation of group with Hansa Soaps Pvt.Ltd.
- 1986
- Rajhans Rope Industries commences production with hand process.
- 1989
- Hansa Rope Industries commences production with mechanized process.
- 1993
- Rope division closed and plant sold.
- 1995
- Mineral division started with Vinayak Minechem Pvt. Ltd., to process Quartz.
- 1997
- All the customers of our mineral division are ISO certified companies.
- 1999
- RSP Corporation incorporated to tap the global market for our various products.
- 2002
- Global marketing of our products started. Total thrust on exports.
- 2009
- Take over a manufacture Unit in South Africa on management consultancy base.
- 2010
- Ramjidas Modani market launched.
- 2012
- Launched Ambuj Global 3 BHK Premium Residential Apartment.
- 2013
- Modani Nagar Launched.
